PAL, in light of jbn3's concerns as well as yours, I am reconsidering how to gather earnings estimates.

I don't feel there is any problem with what we have done in the past but I am open to new ideas.

A good experiment would be to do it your way via PM but everyone must agree that I will give the estimates to no one to prevent leaks.

First of all: thank you for tallying the earnings estimate. Now that the end of the qurter is only 12 days away, I suggest that we send our estimate via PM to you. In essence it is like a secret ballot. After Nov 12, you can publish our estimates and see who comes in the closest.
