So let me get this straight. You suggest that, if PRWT wants to use its shares for future acquisitions (which is what I assume you meant when you wrote "acuasitions"), it would be in the company's best interests for the stock price to tank? Hey Sport Fans!! Better start waving the hot air away from your faces first. Then ponder this... If you owned the company, would you rather buy another company with your company (PRWT) stock worth 2 cents or worth 20 cents or worth 2 dollars per share? I do believe that you will get more bang for your buck if your stock is worth 2 dollars! (IMHO) Roger
