I would like to call into evidence, ESST current cash flow problem as a the way not to deal with the issues surrounding revenue from VCD.

While I'm at it take a look at the way OAKT handled it.
Take a look at other Digital decoder companies balance sheets
(you can ignore Innovacom though).

Now take a look at Cube's balance sheet...
Even with all the problems, "China", "market share decline", "negative cash flow", Cube's cash and R&D spending continue to rise..

But, it's a long term investment Don't look for quick cash here.

ESS may be building up cash for a buy out of CUBE. They'll have to fight Toshiba over it though. <g>
