as a long-term investor in DGIV, I think it is important to keep in mind that negotiations with various entities are being conducted at this time. Learning from its past mistakes, the company may have decided (and rightly so, IMO) to be much more circumspect in its public announcements, perhaps preferring to let the signed contracts do the "talking". This is the best way to bring back credibility to the company, i.e. the delivery of signed/sealed contracts. The cautious approach by DGIV may also imply that negotiations are at a critical stage, which would require the utmost caution from the company (after all, loose lips sink ships!!!). If this is the case, it would not be surprising to me to find out that the next public announcement from DGIV will be signed contracts, which is what i would prefer. In the meantime, I am willing to wait for that day when.....we will all be pleasantly surprised :))
