Well, I couldn't take it any longer. Here is a copy: To: SEC Enforcement Division I don't know who to contact at the SEC regarding the Pump and Dumpers on the Internet.As such, I will give my info here. I am an investor in a new company called PanAmerican Bancorp(PRWT). I have done extensive due diligence to confirm the legitimacy of this company. I have spoken with companies involved with all aspects of their company ie.Realty Money Center,PC Quote etc..I have even called the Attorney General of Belize to confirm some plans that were shaken up by their recent elections. What I am sick of is the Bashers who make blatantly false statements to acheive their agenda.These bashers are on the message boards of Silicon Investor,Raging Bull,Yahoo and Aol, to name a few. Some are on ALL hours of the day bashing PRWT. Some, like a basher named ROSARIO on Silicon Investor, bash the stock until they feel it is low enough to take a position...then....PUMP it up for days on end; then sell, only to come back and do it all over again. As a Investor in this company, it has to stop. Rosario is one of many who make blatantly false statements( such as the one I included below regarding Insider Trader) or suggest wrong-doing . I truely hate to have to do this, but, it has gone on too long. Others that lie or make misleading statements are jhild,Janice Shell and David Sirk on Silicon Investor; Holloway,Streeekerr,KDemers157from AOL;Jasmine(really Rosario and possibly an Eliott Lanza from Boone NC),LeJaguar,Pyrite,angela and Zephyr(both of whom also are possibly Rosario);and finally from Yahoo: Neil_Holland's_mom,Capitalist_oppressors_will_pay(possibly same as jhild). These are only a handful but possibly the worst offenders. As I have said before, I do not enjoy being the "narc". This has been going on for too long, though. Thank You, John *** ********@aol.com
