Charlie,

in a competetive, if not even deflatory, environment the industriel world needs to rationalize for greater efficiency. All stuff that helps, will do fine, I believe. As computers become cheaper and the networks proliferate software will win. SW has a good barier to entry, as long as it delvelops fast. So I hope margins will stay high. For above reasons I hold SEBL, ITWO, PSFT and SAP.

These high PE stocks are risky, but in some years they will outperform the rest, I believe. I see no indication we are anywere near a marketsaturation.
