HOW STUPID ARE YOU ROSARIO? If you had any intelligence whatsoever, you would know that no company in its right mind would put itself in a corner by declaring no RS in a written document. If you have an example of a company that has done this, please post the name. I'm sure many of us here would like to see an example. PRWT has said no RS for the near future. Can the idea come up again? Sure, but for now the answer is no RS. Now drop it and talk about something else.
