I agree, Raven. Even if in the end Jack the Honest Oil Man doesn't go to jail, your efforts may make it a great deal more difficult for him--and perhaps even for others--to do this sort of thing again. And that, I think, makes it worth the effort.

Ok - I'll fill the damn thing out : o) But let me explain my comments. First I have not been following this board for at least several weeks. Over the time since this fiasco, I have come to a certain distain for the SEC. Why did they let it go on as long as they did. Why did it take so friggin' long for the SEC to realize that things weren't right? I can see that we were dupped for a few months but we are amateurs (at least I am) its their job to watch out for these things and (20/20 hindsight) the indicators were certainly there. And when the SEC does move, they keep silent for months just adding to the problem and then em a generic questionnaire. Sorry but that is on f*cked up investigation process, IMO. Be aware, I called the SEC several times to offer help in getting to the bottom of this and recieved no response. Sorry but my too little too late statement stands. The SEC does not care about the little guy, IMO. But I will fill out the form so you guys do not think that I am uncaring - I'm not. Eric
