Right rosebud, and everyone that lost money in DELL a couple weeks ago complained to the SEC also. I'm sure there's an investigation going on as we write.

Rosario,

I really hope that you are not naive enough to believe that the SEC is looking into PRWT because of a drop in price. Please. They are investigating real scams. We are all aware of the risks associated with PRWT and accept them.

In addition, I and many other investors filed complaints to the SEC regarding USXP and their current actions. The complaint was that they reversed one class of shares and not another. This effectively increased the value of the class "B" shares by 70 times. That is the illegal offense that USXP committed. I have heard nothing since.

PRWT's current business practices have nothing to do with any investor losing money in the companies stock. Baseless hype and bashing have caused the movement in price.

If you are going to present issues concerning PRWT then provide the associated evidence that should accompany it.
