Hi Bernard: Thanks for info re position of BRCM relative to TERN. Note that your point earlier that Terayon might not die if it landed some S CDMA contracts outside the US where it is on the wrong side of the standards process - at least so far - is happening. There are now contracts for S CDMA in Mexico, Japan and Europe. (If I remember correctly) You spotted this possibility early on. Any further ideas re standards battle in US? Is Terayon still hopelessly odd man out? Respect. Best regards Chaz
