I've heard that a company is only allowed to buy back 10% of a given day's (or average?) volume or something like that. If this is true then buybacks will up the volume but not by this amount.

I'm a happy camper today. It's about time that the small and mid cap techs did something besides tank. I'm only a little miffed that I sold my VLSI last week!
