Jay, most if not all of these people here agree with you. I am a special case because I actually have experience working for one of the most notorious business leaders in terms of sexual harassment. Well, if you read articles regarding sexual harassment his name always comes up. I worked in his company and saw this kind of stuff all around me. In my opinion it was consentual between both parties but thats not the way these matters are portrayed in business week. So, Im very leery of these claims against Clinton. I think his affair with Monica was consentual and probably instigated by her. I agree with jbe, Monica is a grown up, quit acting like shes a kid. Now otoh, there certainly are those leaders that are guilty of what I consider true sexual harassment... this is where a subordinate is forced into a sexual relationship of some sort in order to keep her job etc, then I believe Monica would have indicated as such in her testimony. If that were the case, then I would be all in favor of this IC actions.

In any case, I think the details documented in the Starr report were unnecessary and are a direct inidication of the lack of judgement that Starr posesses with respect to this issue.
