SH,

I read the first few lines of your post and decided not bother with the rest....HOW MANY TIMES DO WE HAVE TO SAY THAT KEMP NEVER WAS GIVING UP ON FL!!!!!! he wanted to do both conventional and work on FL...he felt it was best not to put all our eggs in one basket(regardless of why you personally bought the stock). since there is zero PROOF of anything at FL i believe it would have been a good idea to bring in some cash from other properties WHILE WE WERE STILL RESEARCHING FL......NO ONE EVER SAID WE SHOULD GIVE UP ON FL...NO ONE SAID WE SHOULD EVER GIVE UP ON FL...NO ONE SAID WE SHOULD EVER GIVE UP ON FL.....WE JUST NEED TO SEE SOME PROOF OR AT LEAST SOME PROMISING COC NUMBERS THAT A REPEATABLE!

Here is the line you have been fed, and the irony I was talking about.

"I'm not so enthusiastic about buying other proerties when it means giving up on FL."

No one was giving up on it. You were just seeing the inevitable dilution a little earlier. the irony was, that for all the talk about Sid not pursuing J/L(not true) and having a one track perspective, it was really the J/L camp with the one track perspective, and the desire to keep it a one track game. that is why they worked against any other process.(think of the economic disincentive for them, if anything else works).

The end result is that J/L has what they want. the focus and the onus is on them. either they get it done or dont, but it is certainly a one player game, and are options are limited. I hope they are more up to the task then they have been inthe past. (and by tha I mean repeatable results, not just sporadic ones)

Mark
