That's what the "Next" button is there for and feel free to use it. You know very well that Kemp and company gave up on FL when the modified SFA appeared not to work. They tried to get rid of a large chunk of the property. I'm sure the idea of keeping a portion of it was simply to placate longtime shareholders.

Nobody on this thread said that the idea of CPM and conventional properties had no merit. What was said is that selling FL back to a group that chose to buy and believe in it already was the wrong means to reach that end. Why should this highly touted plan not be in a separate company, owned by all shareholders, and raising money on its own. Larry and the others I am sure would put 9 million of their own in at that point instead of squeezing the other investors to bankroll their plan. Let it stand on it's own merit. Let's it do it today. How has this changed? It is only the inappropriate squeeze and sale that has changed.
