John,

CMPC had a good day considering the terrible earnings news. What are the possible things going on which we do not know about.

1. Split the company into a service company and a reseller. This is a possibility. Anderson has talked about this in the recent past. There was some talk of bundling the service business in with the ClientLink IPO. With the IPO market being what it is I don't believe that is an option at this time.

2. Do a rights offering or IPO for PC Save. Although the IPO market is dead, the internet is one area which could possibility get done.

3. Sell or merge the company. This may be the most likely possibility.

John, I heard comment that because of recent run up in all stocks that the market is over bought. I personally don't have an opinion.
