Honorable Bernie, I most humbly will record special phrase of caution in AIM Library of Market Proverbs!

Vealies can be tricky that way. We need plenty of cash before we start fiddling that way. This down-draught caught me shorter on cash in many of my stocks than I would have liked. Not so much because of vealies as because those stocks hadn't participated to the same degree as the large caps in this srping's rally.

My mutual funds and some of my stocks had plenty of cash for their own needs, so I borrowed heavily from them to continue buying in my more volatile holdings.

Best regards, Tom
