my pc crashed while updating the qp database. Any attempt to run the update or rebuild utilities or any other qp program fails with "errorcode 12" or "file in use/access denied". I can't even copy the qp database files.
How can i reset the "file in use" flag ?

Bob,

its rather unlikely that the vol won't increase for 14 consecutive days.

The problem is that only neg avg price movement adds to NegMF (and for unknown reasons caused a /by 0 error in the scan when it didn't seem to happen even by price movements).

Got your fudge. Tastes alot like mine but thanks for the confirm. I was modelling Equis. How goes Wilder's?
