Thanks for an informative post.As you can tell I am deathly afraid of WAVX being out of business by dec.I had heard from several sources that they were weeks away from no $$.Do you think they can get short term capital? Also what are your views on what they can get for newly issued shares? Thanks in advance, bob

Collins said what?!

>>>Mr. Collins said that since it's a bulletin board stock the only people who can short it are market makers.<<<<

Then he's ignorant. Tell me Harold, when speaking with David do you get the feeling that he's just making up stuff to say as he goes along? Call Kent Kappen 408-261-9510. Hopefully, he'll do better.

>>>He said (David) that market makers tend not to know that much about the stock they're making a market in.<<<<

The same might be said for David not to his discredit nor fault necessarily.. He's not falling down on the job; just bored with answering the phone.

>>>If they get an OEM agreement they will need $10-20 million initially and tens of millions total, maybe up to $100 million.<<<

We're hoping for a little more than just "morale support" from our OEM partners. Can anyone recall a time when the Company wasn't short on cash? Cash keeps coming in and the Company keeps growing. Must be a lot of good will. WAVX is something of a "mystery story stock" on purpose perhaps.

Speaking with investor's relations, I've found them very cautious if not reticent as I believe they've been instructed to be.

Yours,
Marty
