Hello Good Dr,

I hope you are correct about the rally being over, but IBM, MSFT, CA came in with higher than expected earnings after the bell, and at the moment the Nikkei is up 470.

They put a big spin on their "impressive numbers", but not the following:

Cost of services rose 84.8%
Selling and Administrative costs rose 80.1%
Accts receivable (from Dec 1 '97 to Oct 2 '98)rose 119.5% (ouch!)
