Don't tell me the insurer was Ukrainian..

Concerning raking Readware over the coals, I think that
Bernie Schwartz has better get busy if he does not want
to suffer the same fate at the yearly stockholders
meeting next March.

<<Any cogent reasons given for "pessimism about the likelihood of seeing any insurance proceeds?">>

RS: Only that there was speculation (perhaps earlier posts at Motely gave evidence; I only scanned the last three days worth) that Lor mgmt was somewhat of a "go for the low bidder"-type crew and went with an inexpensive "Russian" insurer. Consequently, if true, the chance of a payout was unlikely.

This could be quashed, of course, by determining who the insurer is and if they are sound. Perhaps you know, or it may have been previously posted. I don't recall the issue (claim payout at risk) being mentioned here; although, with everything that's been happening lately, many details are somewhat of a blur.

Regards.
