Hi Bernard: Nope. The insurer (by report - not fact necessarily) was Russian. :-) Choke. However, this was probably a consortium of many insurers in several countries. The Russian insurer was probably the "lead" insurer only due to Russian law and regulation. Prob is that either Russian law or Ukranian law (not sure which) governs in this case. Not the strongest reed on which to lean. Ah well, its just money. As the current Washington saw goes "Mistakes were made" - smile - and even Bernie seems a little more human now - not superBernie.
