rarebird, i was wondering if you made a prediction for the market to go up so strongly in the last couple of months. you had mentioned a large cash position awhile ago. could you give us a little view of what you feel has happened over the last couple of months . also ,how's your gut feel for the first few months of '99? do we go past 10,000 or back down into the 8,000 range? what are factors that could put us up to 11,000 on the upside? what is the one thing that could dag us back down to 7,500? stas
