RE: Burnin
I have been using a utility to mainly test my overclocked systems stability. The one I use is a program called Prime95 that was written to do mathematical calculations to search for prime numbers. It is written to utilize the CPU and memory to full capacity. Run it in torture mode for an extended period. It uses 100% CPU utilization and will error out if there are any stability or memory problems. This also gives you a chance to check for heat build up. I don't think it uses the hard drive much, so it probably isn't a good burnin for a whole system. I used to have a good dos burnin program, haven't found one for Windows/NT yet. If anyone knows of a good general system testing utility, please let me know.
The url is mersenne.org
The program is prime95.zip
