Well actually Donald, there are any number of grounds for investigating PRWT itself. You need look no further than the the body of the Press Releases. The situation with announcing the merger with Purewater and issuing press releases like the merger had completed, even though it had not. The announcements of the merger with companies that could not properly take place until after the original merger was complete. The announcements of Belizean guaranteed loan administration, that were repudiated twice by the Government of Belize. The continued and apparent on-going conversations and representations by John Schmitz to investors that the above releases were true, despite his knowledge that they technically were not. I would say that there is plenty for the SEC to look into.
