brees, To question is fine. But to make statements that the book is tainted or has unnecessary filler, you better be sure. Do your homework my friend before making such bold statements. And you better make sure your homework has been done well, interactively between you and God. I have done my homework, and continuosly do it. I am even studying your Islamic writings and various others to see if they are legiiimate. I showing you my findings. So don't tell me I am not doing my homework. I do it almost everyday, and will continue to. Do you? Are you researching your claims? Can you say you have consulted God and found out your answers. I can. That is why I am so sure..... When I see legitimate claims against the bible, on this and other boards, I defend them until there is a clear answer. People choose to accept the research, or reject it. I have never been presented one objection to the bible that is not explainable. And I don't think I ever will. You just need to do your homework. You need to be patient and have open ears to God. That's all! Get on your knees and pray for the truth. That's how you'll find it! God gives it. Not me or anyone else, God! God Bless, Steve
