The only prayer that this stock has is if JOHN S starts supporting his investors and there needs. He must come out with news releases immediately, substantiating in detail what has been accomplished and what the short range and long range game plans are. He must address the 750 million outstanding share issue and how he is going to resolve that problem. PRWT investors have been battered and made fools of during the last 3 months. They are tired of hearing that news releases will be out this week and nothing happens! The last press release was 3 months ago. JOHN S is aware of our concerns but does nothing except dance around the issues and hire a IR guy that really cant divulge anything good or bad. If John does not act this week you will see further declines in the stock price. Good Luck

and im not trying to argue with you...i just think you are incorrect...

I have to admit that was a rather long winded monologue on your part then. And indeed I can see you are not arguing. You have already accepted John Schmitz's explanations so what more is there to say. Never mind that there is nothing substantive out of Belize that supports John Schmitz's point of view. The claims of the numbers of loans being processed, the types of loans and numbers of houses to be built are more than a little fantastical, for an area of Belize that is less desirable than along the picturesque coast. It really doesn't take a lot of independent research to confirm this.

As for myself, I remain skeptical of PRWT's forthrightness given PRWT's unwillingness to officially retract their claim of government guarantees, or absent the government's claims of there being no relationship. PRWT's continued silence, save for phone conversations to committed investors, speaks volumes.

As to the technicalities of their making their announcements before they were even officially constituted to do so, is rather odd, if it is not illegal. In any event it is not normal behaviour.
