Alex, this forced short buy in stuff has spread to many small cap stocks and is driving up the price of several of them. Happening with several stocks and different brokers. Anybody have a clue what is going on????? I have taken profits on most of my small cap shorts in the past several days to avoid the forced buy ins.

I was bought in on 15,500 shares of Zitel.
Still have 6,000 shares short of Zitel.
Datek makes it too dangerous to short thur.
Involuntary buy-ins are a crock!!!!!!!
If I am at the mercy of a Datek BUY IN when shorting.
Then I am at a serious disadvantage. Must use someone else
when shorting. Datek will one day screw every short here.

Sure is a nice day
Michael
