Michael, it is not just Datek and Zitel doing the buyins, a number of brokers are doing it on many stocks. Something larger than Datek is at work here......

Maybe the government wants to make sure all the short profits are taxed in 1998.

I admire your spirit (waht with it's a nice day and all).

Am I glad I didn't get Datek. I was so-ooo close to open an account - to get at screaming dead meat like KTEL and ENMD. I'm having a fiscal "near death" experience.

Being long FSTW isn't helping that very much. :-(
