FWIW, I can imagine two additional scenarios for the delay, based on the WS/general weakness.

1) A motive could be the estimate of the management, that there is a high possibility of another "crash" late October (as always ;-)). Perhaps they feared that the markets will respond to the (for us followers of GMGC not new) weak Q3 earnings like they did after the Q2 earnings report. But general crash time end of Oct. plus "weak" earnings might end in another panic situation (maybe the sell out scenario Carbo speaks of= plunging to $3). And maybe they hope the WS/World markets panic will be over in November, so that the stock price will be not hit too hard.

2) Or perhaps they have some sort of good news to release and don't want to sink it in a general weak market.

Juan

PS: Did someone already post the earnings date in the SI calendar?

Tks for your replies. Your views the delayed earnings release are a bit rosey. While I'm not speculating-of course I am-when to recognize income is often an issue between mgt and the auditors, the kind of issue for a new product launch that could be responsible for this delay. My guess is that when an official announcement is made about this delay there will be negative reaction in the price. I'm not a day trader and even though I feel this way I'll likely do nothing about it because I'm not comfortable trading on this kind of information. The sign up numbers posted earlier seem high but response to Portico has been universally good and it could be, it just might be... good luck to all.
