I am unsure what you mean by killing the Higher Ed vertical? I assume you mean they are doing very well there.

I have a cousin who works as a consultant for SCT Corporation (I also ironically have a cousin who works as a consultant for SAP America). These guys are the market leaders in higher ed software arena. He tells me that Psft and SAP's aggressive entrance into this market has loosened the organization's once firm grip on the segment. Although SCT is still the overwhelming market leader, this appears to be a strong growth are for Psft as you mentioned. Although hopeful, I doubt growth in this segment will nullify likely slowdowns within the other market segments for the next year.
