Re: share number, if they bought all their shares late in the quarter (good for us, since the price got really, really low of late, and that 11 mill bought even more), then their weighted average shares during the quarter won't be much different. But their current shares outstanding is likely a lot lower, and when the next average # shares gets published at the end of this quarter, it will reflect that. I can't even imagine all the factors that are affecting gross margin at this point of time due to the industry turmoil. That doesn't worry me. But maybe someone else could comment? Mike
