okay so let me get this straight Dell has never been negative before (which I find interesting) but it is still on a buy signal so it has to be watched to see if it goes on a sell signal since negative RS and a sell signal is dangerous BUT how do you bring in this thought into all of this from Tom D's book changes in columns are very important and in fact more important than changes in buy or sell signals because of the longevity of the chart. this is racking my brain ...I have to go to bed ;-)
