The rest of that article on the student housing was quite interesting. It was quite a read. Interesting that plumbing is not included, but maybe in later houses the plumbing class might get involved. But there was something else of interest there as relates to their building plans: To help its proposed housing project along, the Ministry of Natural Resources will help locate a suitable area between Burrell Boom and Hattieville which can then be properly planned with streets, electricity, water and telephone services. channel5belize.com It seems that they are looking for sites to develop right there in the vicinity of Lagoon Ridge Estates. Funny they didn't mention this important project as part of their plan.
