Freddie,

There are a couple of reasons I don't think they will turn it around.

1. In the long run, they will not get by an SEC investigation and they don't have the resources to survive any sanctions.

2. I don't think they are any kind of a player in this industry, they could dry up and blow away and the staffing industry would be unaffected.

3. They will not get past the number of shares outstanding situation without a big reverse split.

4. Even if they got past my first three issues, I, unlike you, have no faith in current management to make this company a player in this industry.

I have never said this before, but I bought FAMH because Lebed starting talking about it on the THQI thread. I did no DD, I knew nothing about the company, I watched it for a few days and it went up, so I bought a couple thousand shares at 44 cents. I was playing the momentum. I would have held it for a long time, but got out when the whole Atrix thing happened. Even when I sold, I thought I might be making a mistake. Just dumb luck to get out at 54 cents.
