Savant,

Why would Norris want to keep the details of the Intel deal a
secret? Are they negotiating with another company for a similar
deal and thus don't want them to know how this one was structured?
Don't we as shareholders have a right to see what this deal is or
may be worth to Norris? What am I missing here...

Bob

All,

Information from NCII in regards to the latest happenings...

Scott

Subject: Re: NCII

There is little movement of the stock because we continue to eat through
the remaining shares from the June 1996 pre-paid warrant financing done by
prior management. This group is close to selling off the last of their
converted shares; when they are out, I believe the pressure will come off
of the stock and we will start to see a rise in our share price.

Our Intel contract is being performed to the satisfaction of all involved;
we are still expecting to conclude the development portion of the contract
in 1st calendar quarter 1999.

We continue to make progress on our Audio MicroOS, the hardware and
software development effort to digitize, compress and transfer audio files
via CD's or over the Internet with the blessing of the recording industry.
We are working with substantial yet to be announced companies in this
effort. We expect to be able to announce more about this on-going
development in the near future.

Most of our efforts continue to be centered on getting Lanier's first
medical dication device, Cquence Mobile, ready for manufacturing. Tooling
is well underway, a reputable contract manufacturer selected and we are
only 2-3 months away from shipping our first product to Lanier. When we are
3 months into full shipments to Lanier, we expect to be in the black and
recording earnings for the first time in many years.

Thank you for your e-mail and for following the Company.
