Thanks for your input, Dinesh and Charlie. I needed to vent last night. I just get frustrated when a company is winning new contracts and beating the expectations of the street, but not growing their share price.

Does anyone know if their executives have incentive plans which are stock or option based?

Sup.

This company is doing more than marking time now. 20+ percent growth y/y has to qualify as a forward march.

Assume that Informix has a Q4 performance that is exactly the same as their Q3 (i.e. ignore the fact that Q4 is usually always better than Q3). This gives them .27 per share for the year. At a stock price of 5 that is PE of 18. My feeling is that the price has to move eventually. 18 is a chip maker PE not a software company's.
