Let's examine the essence of this company: Current competencies include a technology base that is platform independent and uses AI; they have a team environment (30+ small team) and technology development group (60+ employees) a sales organization (25+); a presence in US, Europe, Australia, Asia?; Cash reserves; a seasoned operational leadership team; a customer base with Fortune 1000 customers, and now have two target markets (Y2K and ERP) plus a building under construction. On the other hand, their liabilities include a pending lawsuit (even though indemnified) it is a distraction to leadership, a history of hyperbole, sour relationship with investors, loss of investment houses, a lack of real institutional investor interest, poor PR/IR, and poor ROI for long term investors. So what is up?

Did it ever occur to you that they have nothing but a bag of tricks up their sleeve. What they say is gobblygook and only you seems to believe them. Remember their acquisitions that never happened. Remember FM being appted ceo so Gruder involvement would lessen. All Bull. Tell the big lie often enuf and someone will believe you, but the street knows better then to believe this hogwash because they look at the track record of credibility which you appear to ignore .JMO
