Paul, thanks for your posts on this board over the last year.
I've only been in since $10, but I appreciate your attempts
to let us all know what was happening, with details.
Unfortunately, I was trying to figure out whether to
average down when the buyout happened. Oh well.
I probably would've chickened out, since I don't have the time to
do much diligence these days.

What I am questioning here is his business plan soundness. A solid business plan must have certain back-ups that will allow the ongoing concerns to survive. Looks like there is no emergency parachute!

Nine months is too short to call it quit, if the plan was solid. I see only one possibility, he sold his business plan very well to individual investors. That's too bad!
