Correct me if I'm wrong but the fact that this Bill was not made into law is HUGELY positive for WINR for at least the next year.

Hopefully, Skinner's speech will impress the socks off of the 20 to 30 state attorney generals who are supposed to be in New Orleans for the conference. If so, we can get some grassroots pressure from the states to help show Washington there is a third way to the problems of internet gaming.
