I agree that providing this information should be part of the ASE due dilly and that BV on their part could have provided it up front. But to my way of thinking if it's such a no-brainer, then why didn't the ASE ask for this info 2 months ago????? In defense of BV, I can understand somewhat holding details until requested,i.e., don't loose the sale by giving too much information.
The bottom line is that all of us have had our hard-earned capital tied up for too long and whoever is at fault should have their asses chewed so we don't end up in this situation again!!!
If we trade before Nov 1 then look for 600,000 options to flood the market at anything above $1.25. If we don't trade by Nov 1, then there will be the holders of these options who will be looking for heads to roll. This is not to mention Lloyd, who will see a potential $750,000 injection of capital fly out the window!!!
In the final analysis the biggest screwing always goes to the little guy who just lost his job, needs rent money and can't sell his stock. Meanwhile the bureaucrats ooze out more requests for information and go home at the end of the day actually thinking they are doing the shareholders a service???

Cheers
