AD, how do you explain the options repricing last year? It's stated clearly in the Proxy "pay for performance." We certainly know about last year's performance. I personally don't think they deserve a repricing. Stock price is dependent on a multitude of factors - public perception being one of them. This company used to be top tier. Somehow, management must convince the public it aspires to be there again. That also should be set in their goals and initiatives along with growing revenues and earnings. Sup.
