If I revealed my source, it wouldn't be a source anymore.

The split has for all intensive purposes already happened. We just have to wait until friday to
read the press release.

OC,

If in fact you are NOT bluffing, this is insider trading!
Be careful.

The company has little motivation to split the stock because they should suspect that the price would plummet because of it. They have already done a secondary by virtue of all the high-priced acquisitions they have made - millions of shares paid for companies that have never made a dime of profit and have insignificant revenues.

Who would the stock split benefit? maybe they could figure that the stock would rally on the news of a pending split - that would allow insiders to sell off some shares but not that many before the stock moves down under the weight of increased shares in float. I have seen too many "trust me" messages from you that ammounted to nothing to think they mean anything but idle speculation - "trust me" ; -).

On the other hand, why not speculate wildly? This stock is all about wild speculation - Go Amazongonenutty.com!!! Upward to 130!!!
