dont buy now expecting a run up because of earnings...it did not happen last time... Sure it did. While it's true that dell didn't make a big run up prior to earnings in Aug, it closed the next day up over 8 points and was up over 20 points within 8 days, all as a result of the great earnings report. So, who cares if the run up occurs the week before or the week after?
