Mr. KLAW: Still waiting for current audited financial information before deciding if I want to become an investor. You know that stocks in the price range of ALYA are shortable only by Market Makers not by the general investor. On the other hand it has been a common practice for inside investors who have been granted below market pricing for common or reg "s" convertible securities to sell this stock down on the public market and then use their cheap stock to cover the short sale by exercising their conversion rights. I don't know if this is the case here but only an audited financial statement would reveal that. As to how I came across ALYA, that was disclosed by me when I first began to comment on what I found through DD way back in early summer. That was either in a post to you or perhaps Les-X.
