I guess I'm trying to look at it academically.

The position (in theory) should be either Discretionary or Mechanical. Because I wished to let this system stand or crack on it's own I decided to be purely Mechanical with it.

Geenerally speaking when I am trading normally a lot has to do with pure "feel". I guess I have some rules but nothing so hard and fast that I don't bend them a bit myself now and again. The only one I am pretty much a stickler for is to stop trading for the day if I have 2 losers. I think psychologically it does more good to just take a walk under those circumstances.

In any event during Test Mode the system was 68% reliable and the points per win were 22.5 vs 12.788 on the losers. These results are skewed a little nit by one large gain of 101.60 points. The largest loss was 27.30.

Right now it seems like a tough way to make money. However I can't Day trade forever so it seems like the right time to start casting about for a system.
