I'd like to pass along a
service I found to be useful. Its the NASDAQ resource center, 202-728-8477. They
can provide you with all types of information, buy/sell, number of market makers, and
the size of their bid/ask etc, which may help you resolve your situation. A while back I had a market trade go off at about 30% of the market price. Just an obvious error, but e-trade wouldn't back down. Not after three conversations anyway. So I found these folks, and they were able to give me enough documentation so that etrade accepted their error an restored the correct price of the trade. I also contacted the SEC but they prefer it if you can resolve the matter first.

I have a small position in GBIT, don't really follow it but when I checked on yahoo to see what it was doing, that reminded me of that resource center.

Good Luck.

<<As far as I can see they shouldn't be delisted for being under $1.00 unless 30 Trading Days is really 30 Days!>>

Do the procedures specifically state that the 30 days have to be consecutive?
