Jim,

The Chairman is not the founder of the company...

The company started out as a spin-off of the Amdahl corporation in the silicon valley area in the early 80's. The product being developed became VIA/Insight which is a program understanding tool.

The spin-off company (Software Renovation Technology) was going under and one of the board members (Leroy Ellison) rescued the company in late 1984 by moving it to Phoenix and putting Mike Wolf in charge of development. Mike built a development team with 3 of the original developers and several ex-Capex (and later ex-Computer Associates) developers.

So in terms of Founders, there are only a few of the original employees left at this time... If you want more history, just ask me or TEDennis!

I went to the company yesterday. This company is sound. The Chairman, CEO leaving has no real implications on the company. No big changes or shakeups, basically a non event. Plenty of cash and solid business plan before and after Y2K.. Were are stealing this stock at 5 1/4.
