I run with six open windows. In fact now with these new indicators I am running out of room and might have to cut down somehow. That is a separate problem.

Anyway, this is what I have on my desktop. ES8Z 5 minute with the triple. ES8Z 1 minute with my moving averages. The third slot on this side varies and goes between the BKX, NDX, INDU, ADV/DEC, etc.... On the other side I have the TIKI, TICK and PREM ...all 1 minute bars. Within any given 15 second period of time, something should up-date. If it does not I start to get nervous. This occurs occassionally. Beyond 30 seconds and I assume it is down and I will exit. Today I had no question it was out. My TICK and TIKI did not change. It was interesting that the PREM and S&P 500 was changing, but the PREM was going straight up indicating the SPOO was not changing. I knew the system was down. There was no question about it in my mind.

But then I don't trade off of only the SPOO chart and certainly not off of anything longer than 5 minute bars.

I think that any system will be subject to this type of failure. Unfortunately, it seems to happen with some frequency with Qcharts. Part of that is the fact that it is internet feed which brings in a whole host of other problems.

I hope Williams figures out a way to solve this for himself so he doesn't assume things are normal. How can you possibly assume the SPOO has not changed price once in five minutes? Seems odd. Also, the Open/High/Low/Bid/Ask/Last changes every few seconds and when it does it highlights in yellow. Not easy to miss that.

That is too bad for him. I still love the program, despite these occasional problems.
