You say that with out the private placement that TSIG is dead>>?? what if TSIG has already made a deal with someone or some company and they have money coming in already>>???? have you ever thought of that...........: ) there is more to TSIG then the card........people

I think the PP is out there if RG wants to do it. I would imagine the terms are not that agreeable. If you were in the financial condition TSIG is and has shown to be in, would you be able to get favorable conditions? The various CCI and teleservices agreements being worked on could throw much needed cash into the coffers and brighten the outlook to the extent of not needing the PP or forcing the conditions of the PP into a much better light for TSIG. The accomplishment and/or completion forcast of some of the deals will make the PP, if needed, much more palatable to the investors and TSIG. Going out of business is not part of the equation. Reach your own conclusions and remember why you came here in the first place. The door is cracked and beginning to swing open. Bob
