Folks: I come to AWRE based on an article in today's local newspaper which spoke about locally based Aware. Intriguing, and I have been following xDSL technology for some time so I understand the general impact. The question I've got, since I'm at the front end of my standard d.d., is, how does this recently announced agreement directly benefit AWRE? Do they own the basic patents on the chipset? Or proprietary algorithms associated with the capability? What gives them the edge over the competition? Do they have any agreements with LEC's/CLEC's to use their product(s)? Etc..

Sorry for the basic questions but I thought I'd toss them out here and see what comes back. Further, I see that it's currently banging its head up against its 50 day MA, and is well below its 200 day MA so clearly there are critical moments ahead, eh?

Regards!

John~
